Planning Manager Chantier – Réf. 1486

Rejoignez une équipe internationale à Rozenburg en tant que Planning Manager Chantier , sur un chantier combinant travaux greenfield et brownfield, dans le cadre d’un contrat EPC.

En phase de construction, vous êtes responsable de la planification sur site en lien avec les équipes techniques et projet.
Un rôle clé dans un environnement dynamique, multiculturel et exigeant.

Autonomie, rigueur et leadership sont essentiels pour structurer et suivre l’exécution d’un projet stratégique pour la transition énergétique.

VOS MISSIONS :

En tant que Site Planning Manager, vous serez le point de référence sur site pour toutes les activités de planification durant les 18 mois de construction :

• Établir le planning de référence (baseline) du chantier, 

• Intégrer l’ensemble des activités des parties prenantes (internes & externes) dans le planning

• Coordonner avec les disciplines techniques pour assurer la cohérence des dates, durées, dépendances et poids

• Identifier le chemin critique et les risques planning, proposer des plans d’atténuation

• Assurer la mise à jour mensuelle du planning, incluant l’avancement réel et les prévisions à venir

• Produire les analyses d’avancement, retards, alertes, tâches à venir

• Participer activement aux réunions projet, aux revues de coordination, et à la stratégie d’exécution

• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Project Manager et les ingénieurs de discipline

• Fournir une visibilité claire sur les jalons, échéances et indicateurs de performance planning

VOTRE EXPÉRIENCE :

• Expérience avérée en gestion de la planification sur projets industriels EPC, en phase construction

• Autonomie complète sur site en tant que planificateur unique avec appui du back-office

• Pratique régulière des environnements greenfield/brownfield

VOTRE PROFIL :

• Diplôme d’ingénieur ou équivalent

• 10 à 15 ans d’expérience sur des projets industriels de grande envergure

• Maîtrise de Primavera P6 (obligatoire)

• Très bonne maîtrise de l’anglais (environnement de travail international)

• Connaissance de Google Sheets appréciée

• Qualités attendues : proactivité, communication claire, esprit d’analyse, curiosité technique

OVERVIEW:

Want to contribute to a large-scale industrial project aimed at reducing carbon emissions?
Join an international team in Rozenburg as a Site Planning Manager on a project combining greenfield and brownfield works within an EPC contract.

Currently in the construction phase, you will be responsible for on-site planning in close collaboration with technical and project teams.
A key role in a dynamic, multicultural, and demanding environment.

Autonomy, rigor, and leadership are essential to structure and monitor the execution of this strategic project for the energy transition.

YOUR MISSIONS:

As Site Planning Manager, you will be the key on-site point of contact for all planning activities throughout the 18-month construction period:

• Develop the site baseline schedule

• Integrate all stakeholders’ activities (internal & external) into the overall schedule

• Coordinate with technical disciplines to ensure consistency in dates, durations, dependencies, and task weighting

• Identify the critical path and potential schedule risks; propose mitigation strategies

• Update the schedule monthly, including actual progress and future forecasts

• Produce progress reports, delay analyses, alerts, and look-ahead planning

• Actively participate in project meetings, coordination reviews, and execution strategy sessions

• Work closely with the Project Manager and discipline engineers

• Provide clear visibility on key milestones, deadlines, and schedule performance indicators

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience in planning management on EPC industrial projects, specifically during the construction phase

• Full autonomy on site as the sole site planner, supported by a back-office planning team

• Regular practice in both greenfield and brownfield environments

YOUR PROFILE:

• Engineering degree or equivalent

• 10 to 15 years of experience on large-scale industrial projects

• Mastery of Primavera P6 (mandatory)

• Strong command of English (international working environment)

• Knowledge of Google Sheets is a plus

• Key soft skills: proactivity, clear communication, analytical mindset, and technical curiosity
