Dans le cadre du renforcement de nos équipes mécaniques, ALDEBARAN Group recherche un Ingénieur Chantier Mécanique / Superviseur Mécanique Tuyauterie pour intervenir sur des projets industriels internationaux à forte composante mécanique et piping.

Vous êtes ingénieur de formation (5 à 10 ans d’expérience maximum), doté d’une expérience de terrain, et souhaitez prendre part à des projets d’envergure dans un environnement international ?

VOS MISSIONS

Vous assurez le suivi technique et opérationnel des activités mécaniques et tuyauteries, depuis la phase de fabrication jusqu’à la réception finale.

Vos principales responsabilités seront :

• Assurer le suivi de la fabrication de skids et d’équipements mécaniques, dans des ateliers situés en Europe avant le déploiement sur site.
• Préparer, planifier et coordonner les travaux mécaniques et piping en lien avec les autres disciplines.
• Piloter et encadrer les sous-traitants travaux, en veillant au respect des standards de sécurité, qualité et planning.
• Participer activement aux phases de suivi atelier, notamment sur un premier site de fabrication en Italie, puis dans un second atelier européen avant le transfert sur site international.
• Superviser l’exécution des travaux sur site (Qatar), en garantissant la qualité, le respect des délais et la sécurité.
• Gérer les interfaces entre disciplines et sous-traitants, en garantissant la cohérence technique et le respect des délais.
• Contrôler la conformité, la qualité et l’avancement des travaux mécaniques et tuyauterie.
• Participer aux revues de conception et de fabrication, valider les plans d’exécution et les chiffrages associés.
• Assurer un reporting régulier auprès du chef de chantier et de la direction projet.
• Contribuer à la démarche de sécurité, de qualité et d’amélioration continue au sein du projet.

Votre rôle évoluera en fonction des phases du projet, depuis les ateliers de fabrication en Europe (Italie et autres) jusqu’à la supervision sur site au Moyen-Orient (Qatar).

VOTRE PROFIL

• Formation : Diplôme d’ingénieur
• Expérience : Minimum 3 ans d’expérience sur chantier industriel
• Compétences en lecture de plans, assemblages mécaniques, tuyauterie, supports et soudure.
• Connaissance des normes et standards internationaux en construction mécanique et inspection.
• Anglais courant (travail quotidien dans un contexte international).
• Leadership, autonomie, rigueur et sens du terrain.
• Goût prononcé pour les environnements techniques et multiculturels.

International Mechanical Site Engineer  – Ref. JOB-1479

SUMMARY:
As part of the strengthening of our mechanical teams, ALDEBARAN Group is looking for an International Mechanical Site Engineer / Mechanical & Piping Supervisor to work on international industrial projects with a strong mechanical and piping focus.

You are a qualified engineer (with 5 to 10 years of experience maximum), have solid field experience, and wish to take part in large-scale projects in an international environment?

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will ensure the technical and operational follow-up of mechanical and piping activities, from the manufacturing phase to final acceptance.

Your main responsibilities will include:
• Monitoring the fabrication of skids and mechanical equipment in workshops located in Europe prior to site deployment.
• Preparing, planning, and coordinating mechanical and piping works in coordination with other disciplines.
• Managing and supervising subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and scheduling standards.
• Actively participating in workshop follow-up phases, first at a manufacturing site in Italy, then at another European workshop before transfer to the international site.
• Supervising on-site execution (Qatar), ensuring quality, schedule adherence, and safety.
• Managing interfaces between disciplines and subcontractors, ensuring technical consistency and timely delivery.
• Controlling compliance, quality, and progress of mechanical and piping works.
• Participating in design and fabrication reviews, validating execution drawings and associated cost estimates.
• Providing regular reporting to the Site Manager and Project Management.
• Contributing to safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives within the project.

Your role will evolve according to project phases, from manufacturing workshops in Europe (Italy and others) to site supervision in the Middle East (Qatar).

YOUR PROFILE :
• Education: Engineering degree
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience on industrial construction sites
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings, mechanical assemblies, piping, supports, and welding.
• Knowledge of international standards and codes related to mechanical construction and inspection.
• Fluent English (daily work in an international context).
• Strong leadership, autonomy, rigor, and field orientation.
• Genuine interest in technical and multicultural environments.
