Superviseur QA/QC Tuyauterie – Ref. JOB-1477

RÉCAPITULATIF :

Nous recherchons un Superviseur QA/QC Tuyauterie – Projet industriel d’envergure internationale dans le domaine de l’hydrogène renouvelable et bas carbone.

VOS MISSIONS :

• Mettre en œuvre, déployer et maintenir le système QA/QC sur site pour les activités de tuyauterie
• Assurer la conformité des travaux de piping aux exigences contractuelles, réglementaires et normatives
• Superviser et coordonner les activités QA/QC liées aux travaux SMP (Structure, Mechanical, Piping)
• Contrôler la qualité des opérations de fabrication, montage et installation des lignes de tuyauterie
• Vérifier la conformité des procédés de soudage, qualifications soudeurs et WPS/PQR
• Réaliser les inspections visuelles et CND (VT, MT, PT) en lien avec les opérations de soudage
• Préparer, organiser et suivre les essais de pression (hydrostatiques et pneumatiques), en garantissant la qualité et la sécurité
• Revoir, commenter et approuver les dossiers qualité de construction (ITP, MDR, dossiers finaux) des contractants
• Assurer la gestion des non-conformités (NCR), actions correctives et préventives
• Participer aux audits qualité des sous-traitants et fournisseurs
• Coordonner les interfaces QA/QC entre les différentes disciplines, partenaires et sous-traitants
• Être l’interlocuteur privilégié des autorités locales et organismes d’inspection agréés
• Assurer le reporting QA/QC (indicateurs, avancement, risques, tendances) auprès du management projet
• Veiller à l’application des standards qualité, sécurité et réglementaires sur le chantier

VOTRE EXPÉRIENCE :

• Expérience avérée dans les activités de soudage, CND (VT, MT, PT) et gestion des qualifications soudeurs
• Expérience dans la préparation et le suivi des essais de pression hydrostatiques et pneumatiques
• Habitude de travailler avec des sous-traitants internationaux et dans des environnements multiculturels
• Expérience dans la revue et validation des dossiers qualité de construction (ITP, MDR, dossiers finaux)
• Pratique du reporting QA/QC, gestion des non-conformités et actions correctives
• Expérience des relations avec autorités locales et organismes d’inspection agréés
• Une expérience sur des projets liés à l’hydrogène ou aux installations sous ATEX est un plus

VOTRE PROFIL :

• Minimum 8 ans d’expérience en QA/QC tuyauterie sur projets industriels de grande envergure
• Expérience confirmée sur projets EPC / E&C dans les secteurs énergie, chimie, pétrochimie ou hydrogène
• Solide expérience en inspection, contrôle et supervision QA/QC piping sur site
• Maîtrise des codes et standards ASME B31.3 et ASME B31.12

QAQC Piping Site  – Ref. JOB-1477

SUMMARY:

We are looking for a QA/QC Piping site – Large-scale international industrial project in the field of renewable and low-carbon hydrogen.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement, deploy and maintain the QA/QC system on site for piping activities

• Ensure compliance of piping works with contractual, regulatory and normative requirements

• Supervise and coordinate QA/QC activities related to SMP works (Structure, Mechanical, Piping)

• Control the quality of fabrication, erection and installation of piping systems

• Verify compliance of welding procedures, welders’ qualifications and WPS/PQR

• Perform visual inspections and NDT (VT, MT, PT) related to welding activities

• Prepare, organize and follow up pressure testing activities (hydrostatic and pneumatic), ensuring quality and safety

• Review, comment and approve contractors’ construction quality documentation (ITP, MDR, as-built dossiers)

• Manage non-conformities (NCR), corrective and preventive actions

• Participate in quality audits of subcontractors and suppliers

• Coordinate QA/QC interfaces between disciplines, partners and subcontractors

• Act as the main point of contact with local authorities and approved inspection bodies

• Ensure QA/QC reporting (KPIs, progress, risks, trends) to the project management team

• Ensure application of quality, safety and regulatory standards on site
  
  

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience in welding activities, NDT (VT, MT, PT) and management of welders’ qualifications

• Experience in preparation and follow-up of hydrostatic and pneumatic pressure tests

• Accustomed to working with international subcontractors and in multicultural environments

• Experience in reviewing and approving construction quality documentation (ITP, MDR, final dossiers)

• Practice of QA/QC reporting, non-conformity management and corrective actions

• Experience in dealing with local authorities and approved inspection bodies

• Experience on hydrogen-related projects or ATEX installations is a plus
  
  

PROFILE:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in QA/QC piping on large-scale industrial projects.
• Proven experience on EPC/E&C projects in the energy, chemical, petrochemical, or hydrogen sectors.
• Strong background in inspection, QA/QC control, and piping supervision on site.
• Proficient in ASME B31.3 and ASME B31.12 codes and standards
