Vous avez l'occasion de participer à un projet de construction d'unité de production de gaz.


VOS MISSIONS :

En tant que responsable contrat, votre rôle sera de soutenir le chef de Projet et superviser les sous traitants.

• Être responsable des aspects commerciaux et contractuels
• Superviser les sous traitants d'un point de vu contractuel
• Participer aux réunions de revue de projet et centraliser les questions commerciales, contractuelles et techniques.
• Travailler en collaboration avec des équipes transversales et des parties prenantes pour équilibrer au mieux les exigences commerciales, les objectifs financiers et les impératifs techniques.
• Coopérer avec les autres membres du projet pour partager les connaissances, les enseignements et les meilleures pratiques entre les projets et les équipes.  

VOTRE EXPÉRIENCE :

• Au moins 10 ans dans la gestion de contrats EPC avec des entrepreneurs EPC ou des opérateurs dans le domaine des gaz industriels ou du pétrole et du gaz
• expérience significative en sous-traitance de contrats EPC de taille moyenne  (>100 m€) dans des projets industriels ou de pipelines, avec une expérience confirmée dans la gestion d'appels d'offres et l'exécution de contrats EPC, soit du point de vue du client, soit de l'entrepreneur.
• Une connaissance de base dans d'autres composants des projets EPC, tels que l'ingénierie ou la construction, sera également appréciée.

VOTRE PROFIL :

• Titulaire d’un diplôme d’ingénieur ou équivalent
• 15 ans d'expérience minimum 
• Anglais et Espagnol courant impératif.

Join our teams as a Contract Site Administrator  on a medium-scale gaz project on side in construction phase.
You will have the opportunity to be part of a construction project for a major operator.

YOUR MISSIONS:

As a Contract Site Administrator, your role will be to support the Project Manager and supervise subcontractors.

• Be responsible for the commercial and contractual aspects of the assigned EPC package.
• Lead commercial and contractual negotiations and clarifications.
• Organise claims and followup of contracts on site
• Participate in project review meetings and centralize commercial, contractual, and technical queries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the best balance between business requirements, financial targets, and technical constraints.
• Cooperate with other project members to share knowledge, lessons learned, and best practices across projects and teams.

YOUR EXPERIENCE :

• At least 15 years of experience in EPC contract management with EPC contractors or operators in the industrial gases or oil & gas sectors.
• Significant experience in subcontracting medium-scale EPC contracts (>100 million euros) in industrial or pipeline projects, with a proven track record in tendering and executing EPC contracts, either from the client’s or contractor’s perspective.
• Basic knowledge of other components of EPC projects, such as engineering or construction, would be appreciated. 

YOUR PROFILE :

• Engineering degree or equivalent
• Minimum of  8 years of experience.
• Proficient in both English and Spanish
