Are you ready to lead the planning of an ambitious industrial construction project with high environmental and technological impact?
Join ALDEBARAN Group as a Site Planning Engineer and take charge of planning and monitoring activities for a major Data Center project in the Île-de-France region.
Based on site, you will be at the heart of the construction phase of a strategic project with a total budget exceeding €100 million.
Develop and monitor detailed schedules using Primavera P6 during the execution phase.
Manage multi-package interfaces (HVAC, electrical, civil works, IT, etc.) and ensure overall schedule consistency.
Assess required resources and optimize their allocation according to project milestones.
Identify scheduling risks and propose effective corrective actions.
Consolidate subcontractor and supplier schedules into the master schedule.
Ensure clear communication and coordination between internal teams, subcontractors, and the client.
Monitor actual site progress, analyze deviations, and prepare regular progress reports.
Validate quantities reported by subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and performance standards throughout the project.
Minimum 10 years of experience in planning complex industrial projects.
Strong references on projects over €50M CAPEX (experience on projects worth several hundred million would be highly valued).
Proven track record in multi-package interface management.
Expertise in Primavera P6.
Experience in an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) environment.
Strong analytical skills, clear communication, and cross-functional leadership.
Engineering degree or equivalent.
Fluent in French.
Strong command of English.
Autonomy, rigor, and a structured mindset to drive a critical project within schedule and budget constraints.
