Ingénieur Fire & Gas (F&G) -ref. JOB-1452

RECAPITULATIF

Nous recherchons un Ingénieur Fire & Gas (F&G) sur un projet gazier en Ile de France, afin d'assurer  la conception et le dimensionnement les systèmes Fire & Gas de projets industriels. 
Ce rôle combine des compétences en gestion technique et en ingénierie de design, dans un environnement à forts enjeux industriels et sécuritaires.

VOS MISSIONS

• Réaliser l’analyse des risques liés au feu et aux émissions de gaz dangereux (H₂S, méthane, CO…).

• Concevoir et dimensionner des systèmes Fire & Gas : Détecteurs (flammes, gaz, fumée) et  Systèmes d’alarme et d’extinction automatique

• Rédiger les spécifications techniques des équipements selon les normes internationales : ATEX, NFPA, API, IEC 61508/61511…

• Assurer le suivi complet du projet : études, achats, installation, mise en service.

• Être l’interface technique entre les équipes sûreté, HSE et ingénierie.

• Participer à la maintenance et à la fiabilité des systèmes de détection et de protection.

VOTRE EXPÉRIENCE

• Solide expérience dans les secteurs pétrolier, gazier et énergétique
• Solide maîtrise des normes internationales en sécurité incendie et gaz : NFPA, API, IEC, ATEX…

• Connaissance des outils d’ingénierie : CAO, P&ID, logiciels de simulation incendie/dispersion.

• Compétences techniques en instrumentation et contrôle commande.

• Compréhension fine des procédés industriels et des contraintes HSE.

VOTRE PROFIL

• Diplôme d’ingénieur et équivalent.
• 10 ans minimum d’expérience dans un environnement similaire.
• Anglais: Courant

• Rigueur, esprit d’analyse, sens de la communication et culture sécurité développée.
• Capacité à travailler en interface multi-métiers dans un contexte exigeant.

Fire & Gas (F&G) Engineer ref. JOB-1452

SUMMARY

We are looking for a Fire & Gas (F&G) Engineer for a gas project in the Île-de-France region. The selected candidate will be responsible for project management as well as the design and sizing of Fire & Gas systems.
This role combines strong technical coordination skills with hands-on design engineering capabilities, in a highly demanding industrial and safety-critical environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• • Perform risk analysis related to fire and hazardous gas emissions (H₂S, methane, CO, etc.).

  • Design and size Fire & Gas systems, including: Flame, gas, and smoke detectors, Alarm systems and automatic extinguishing systems

  • Prepare technical specifications for equipment in compliance with international standards: ATEX, NFPA, API, IEC 61508/61511, etc.

  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle: design, procurement, installation, and commissioning.

  • Serve as the technical interface between safety, HSE, and engineering teams.

  • Support the maintenance and reliability of Fire & Gas detection and protection systems.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• Strong background in the oil & gas and energy sectors.

• Solid understanding of international fire and gas safety standards:
  NFPA, API, IEC, ATEX, etc.

• Proficient in engineering tools such as CAD, P&ID, and fire/dispersion simulation software.

• Technical skills in instrumentation and control systems.

• In-depth understanding of industrial processes and HSE constraints.

YOUR PROFILE

• Engineering degree in:
  Automation, Instrumentation, Process Engineering, Industrial Safety, or equivalent.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar environment.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• High level of rigor, analytical mindset, communication skills, and a strong safety culture.

• Ability to work across multi-disciplinary interfaces in a demanding project context.
