Responsable logistique matériel chantier junior   – ref. JOB-1450

RECAPITULATIF

Nous recherchons un(e) Responsable logistique matériel chantier junior   pour intervenir sur un chantier industriel majeur dans le cadre d’un projet de décarbonation dans le nord de l’Europe.
Le poste inclut des déplacements en Europe, en lien avec les différentes phases du projet et les équipes techniques locales.

VOS MISSIONS

• Participer à la gestion logistique du matériel sur l’ensemble du cycle projet.
• Assurer le suivi des flux de matériel : réceptions, expéditions, mouvements internes, traçabilité.
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe logistique locale sur les sites européens.
• Contribuer à la mise en place des outils de suivi matériel (Excel, logiciels internes, etc.).
• Être présent(e) sur le terrain pour superviser les opérations et détecter les points de blocage.
• Appuyer les équipes sur la coordination des inter-sites.
• Participer à la structuration du stockage et de la distribution du matériel sur le site final.
• Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus logistiques.
• Remonter les dysfonctionnements et proposer des actions correctives concrètes.

VOTRE EXPÉRIENCE

• Première expérience en logistique, supply chain, ou coordination chantier.
• Compréhension des environnements industriels complexes.
• Expérience en terrain apprécié (chantier, entrepôt, usine, etc.).
• Connaissance de base des outils bureautiques/logistiques (Excel, ERP, etc.).

VOTRE PROFIL

• Jeune diplômé(e) d’école d’ingénieur (ENSAM, INSA, UTC, Centrale, ou équivalent).
• Autonomie, rigueur, sens pratique.
• Bon relationnel, esprit d’équipe, capacité à s’adapter à un environnement multiculturel.
• Anglais courant indispensable (minimum B2) pour évoluer dans un contexte international.
• Mobilité indispensable Déplacements en Europe
• Goût du terrain et bonne résistance physique : les sites sont vastes, les journées actives.

Junior Material Logistics Manager – ref. JOB-1450

SUMMARY
We are looking for a Junior Material Logistics Manager to join a major industrial project as part of a decarbonization initiative in Northern Europe.
The position involves travel across Europe, in coordination with the different phases of the project and local technical teams.

YOUR MISSIONS

• Support the management of material logistics throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Monitor and manage material flows: receiving, shipping, internal movements, and traceability.
• Work closely with local logistics teams on the various European project sites.
• Help implement and optimize tracking tools (Excel, internal software, etc.).
• Be present on the ground to supervise operations and identify bottlenecks.
• Assist in coordinating logistics between project sites.
• Contribute to the setup of storage areas and material distribution on the final site.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of logistics processes.
• Report any issues and propose concrete corrective actions.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• Initial experience in logistics, supply chain, or site coordination.
• Understanding of complex industrial environments.
• Field experience is a strong asset (construction site, warehouse, factory, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of logistics tools and software (Excel, ERP, etc.).

YOUR PROFILE

• Recently graduated from an engineering school (ENSAM, INSA, UTC, Centrale, or equivalent).
• Autonomous, rigorous, and hands-on mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills, team spirit, and adaptability in a multicultural environment.
• Fluent in English (minimum B2 level) to operate in an international context.
• Willingness to travel across Europe during different project phases.
• Field-oriented and physically fit: the sites are large and the work is hands-on and active.
