Prêt à mettre votre expertise en planification au service de projets essentiels pour l’environnement ?

Nous recherchons un Ingénieur Planning pour accompagner plusieurs projets industriels dans le traitement de l'eau, de petite et moyenne envergure (CAPEX de 5 à 50 millions d’euros), répartis sur la France et la Suisse.

Basé à Aix-en-Provence, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le suivi des projets sur site et à distance, en support aux équipes Project Services.

VOS MISSIONS

• Élaborer, maintenir et mettre à jour les plannings projets (engineering et construction) à l’aide de MS Project.

• Fournir un support transversal à plusieurs projets en parallèle, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes techniques, travaux et gestion de projet.

• Réaliser des tournées régulières sur les sites pour recueillir les données terrain, ajuster les plannings et assurer leur bonne exécution.

• Anticiper les écarts, identifier les risques de dérives et proposer les ajustements nécessaires.

• Contribuer à la coordination des activités multi-métiers et assurer une vision globale des avancements projets.
  
  

VOTRE EXPÉRIENCE

• Expérience confirmée en tant qu’ingénieur planning dans des environnements industriels.

• Pratique de la planification multi-projets.

• Solide expérience à la fois en phase d'engineering et de construction.

• Connaissance des contraintes terrain, avec un bon sens du contact opérationnel.

• Capacité à intervenir sur des projets CAPEX de 5 à 50M€, en autonomie.
  
  

VOTRE PROFIL

• Diplômé(e) d’une école d’ingénieur ou équivalent technique.

• Minimum 8 ans d’expérience en planification de projets industriels.

• Maîtrise de MS Project.

• Disponible pour des déplacements réguliers en France et occasionnellement en Suisse.

• Maîtrise de l'anglais.

SUMMARY

Ready to put your planning expertise to work on projects that matter for the environment?

We are looking for a Planning Engineer to support several small to mid-scale industrial water treatment projects (CAPEX from €5M to €50M), located across France and Switzerland.

Based in Aix-en-Provence, you will play a key role in monitoring projects both on-site and remotely, supporting the Project Services teams.

YOUR MISSIONS

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules (engineering and construction phases) using MS Project

• Provide cross-functional support on multiple projects simultaneously, in close collaboration with technical, construction, and project management teams

• Conduct regular site visits (1 to 2 weeks of travel per month) to collect field data, adjust schedules, and ensure proper execution

• Anticipate delays, identify risks of deviation, and propose corrective actions

• Help coordinate multi-disciplinary activities and maintain a global view of project progress
  
  

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience as a Planning Engineer in industrial environments

• Comfortable managing multiple projects at once

• Solid background in both engineering and construction phases

• Familiar with field constraints and able to communicate effectively with site teams

• Able to operate independently on projects with a CAPEX of €5M to €50M
  
  

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical background

• Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial project planning

• Proficient in MS Project

• Willing to travel regularly within France, with occasional trips to Switzerland

• Fluent in English
