RECAPITULATIF :

Vous souhaitez piloter la planification d’un projet de construction industrielle ambitieux, à fort impact environnemental et technologique ? Rejoignez ALDEBARAN Group en tant que Site Planning Engineer et prenez en charge le suivi des activités de chantier pour un projet EPC d’envergure internationale dans le domaine de l’hydrogène vert.

Basé sur site aux Pays-Bas, vous serez au cœur de la phase de construction d'un projet d'hydrogène avec un budget global de plus de 500 millions d’euros.

VOS MISSIONS :

En tant que Site Planning Engineer, vous serez le point de référence pour toutes les activités liées à la planification sur site :

• Établir le planning de référence du chantier (baseline), en lien avec le WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)

• Assurer la coordination entre les différentes disciplines techniques pour garantir la cohérence des dates, durées, dépendances et poids relatifs des tâches

• Intégrer dans le planning l’ensemble des activités, y compris celles des parties prenantes externes

• Mettre à jour mensuellement le planning et les feuilles de suivi de l’avancement, selon le progrès réel et les prévisions

• Réaliser des analyses de performance (avancement, retards, chemins critiques, alertes)

• Identifier les écarts et proposer des actions correctives

• Participer activement aux réunions de coordination projet, aux revues d’avancement et à la définition de la stratégie d’exécution

• Fournir une vision claire et à jour des échéances, jalons et indicateurs de performance planning

• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le chef de projet et les ingénieurs de discipline pour optimiser le déroulement du chantie

VOTRE EXPÉRIENCE :

• Expérience significative sur des chantiers de construction industriels
• Pratique autonome de la planification sur site (idéalement seul planificateur terrain avec un appui back-office)
• Bonne connaissance des outils bureautiques, notamment Google Sheets (un plus)

VOTRE PROFIL :

• Diplôme d’ingénieur ou équivalent 

• Minimum 10 ans d’expérience en tant qu’ingénieur planification 

• Maitrise Primavera P6  

• Maitrise de l’anglais

Site Planning Engineer – Ref. JOB-1407

SUMMARY :

Do you want to take the lead in planning an ambitious industrial construction project with a strong environmental and technological impact? Join ALDEBARAN Group as a Site Planning Engineer and take responsibility for monitoring on-site activities for a large-scale international EPC project in the field of green hydrogen.

Based on-site in the Netherlands, you will be at the heart of the construction phase of a major hydrogen project, with a total budget exceeding 500 million euros.

YOUR MISSIONS:

As a Site Planning Engineer, you will be the reference point for all planning activities on site:

• Establish the baseline construction schedule, in alignment with the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)

• Coordinate with all technical disciplines to ensure consistency in dates, durations, dependencies, and task weights

• Integrate all project activities into the schedule, including those from external stakeholders

• Update the planning and progress tracking sheets monthly, reflecting actual progress and realistic forecasts

• Conduct performance analyses (progress, delays, critical paths, alerts)

• Identify deviations and propose corrective measures

• Actively participate in coordination meetings, progress reviews, and execution strategy discussions

• Provide a clear and up-to-date view of deadlines, milestones, and planning performance indicators

• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and discipline engineers to optimize project execution on site

YOUR EXPERIENCE :

• Significant experience on industrial construction sites

• Proven autonomy in site planning (ideally as the sole planner on-site, supported by a back-office team)

• Strong knowledge of office tools, including Google Sheets (a plus)

YOUR PROFILE :

• Engineering degree or equivalent

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a planning engineer

• Mastery of Primavera P6 (required)

• Fluent in English
