Vous souhaitez contribuer à la construction d’un des projets industriels les plus ambitieux d’Europe dans le domaine de la transition énergétique ?
Vous êtes expérimenté dans la gestion de chantier en environnement international, et parlez anglais couramment ?
Vous avez déjà piloté des projets industriels greenfield complexes, dans des environnements exigeants ?

Nous recherchons un Construction Manager / Chef de chantier senior, pour encadrer les travaux sur un projet d’envergure situé aux Pays-Bas, dans les secteurs de l’hydrogène vert et de la captation carbone.

VOS MISSIONS

En tant que Chef de Chantier, vous êtes garant de l’exécution des travaux sur site et de la bonne coordination des sous-traitants et partenaires.

Vous avez notamment pour responsabilités :

• Superviser la construction complète des installations industrielles, dans le respect des normes HSE les plus exigeantes,

• Garantir l’atteinte des objectifs de qualité, coût et délai,

• Coordonner les activités tous corps d’état (électricité, instrumentation, automatisme…),

• Assurer la gestion contractuelle, technique et organisationnelle avec les différents sous-traitants et fournisseurs,

• Reporter régulièrement l’avancement au Project Manager,

• Maintenir un haut niveau d’exigence en matière de sécurité et de réduction d’impact environnemental,

• Veiller à l’application des standards internationaux sur les chantiers greenfield.

• Vous justifiez d’au moins 8 ans d’expérience dans la construction de projets industriels, idéalement dans les secteurs de l’énergie, Oil & Gas, chimie ou hydrogène

• Expérience impérative sur des projets greenfield

• Vous parlez anglais couramment

• Vous avez une forte capacité à piloter des équipes pluridisciplinaires dans un contexte multiculturel,

• Leadership reconnu, rigueur, résilience, et capacité à travailler dans des environnements complexes,
  
  

VOTRE PROFIL

• Idéalement diplômé d’un Bac+2 à Bac+5 dans le domaine du génie civil, électrique, ou industriel.
• Minimum 8 ans d’expérience
• Maitrise de l’anglais IMPERATIVE (un anglais courant est exigé pour ce poste, les interactions avec des non francophones étant permanentes)

SUMMARY :

Do you want to contribute to one of the most ambitious industrial projects in Europe in the field of energy transition?
Are you experienced in managing construction works in international environments and fluent in English?
Have you already led complex greenfield industrial projects in demanding settings?

We are looking for a Senior Construction Manager to oversee on-site works for a major project located in the Netherlands, in the field of green hydrogen and carbon capture.

YOUR MISSION :

As Construction Manager, you are responsible for the on-site execution of the works and the coordination of all subcontractors and partners.

Your responsibilities include:

• Supervising the complete construction of industrial facilities in line with the highest HSE standards,
• Ensuring quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met,
• Coordinating all technical disciplines (electrical, instrumentation, automation, etc.),
• Managing technical, contractual, and organizational aspects with all subcontractors and suppliers,
• Regularly reporting progress to the Project Manager,
• Maintaining strict safety standards and reducing the environmental impact of the project,
• Ensuring the application of international standards on greenfield construction sites.

YOUR EXPERIENCE :

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the construction of industrial projects, ideally in energy, Oil & Gas, chemicals, or hydrogen sectors,

• Proven experience on greenfield projects is essential,

• Fluent English is mandatory,

• Strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a multicultural environment,

• Recognized leadership, rigor, resilience, and ability to work in complex environments.

YOUR PROFILE :

• Degree ideally between Bac+2 to Bac+5 (equivalent to Associate’s to Master’s) in civil, electrical, or industrial engineering,

• At least 8 years of professional experience,

• Fluency in English is IMPERATIVE (you will interact with non-French speakers on a daily basis).
