RECAPITULATIF

Dans le cadre d’un projet majeur dans le domaine offshore, nous recherchons un Ingénieur d'études HVAC pour accompagner la conception de systèmes de climatisation, ventilation et chauffage sur une unité flottante de production pétrolière (FPSO).

Depuis Paris, vous interviendrez sur les phases de design et de validation des systèmes HVAC, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes projet, dans un contexte international et exigeant.

VOS MISSIONS

Vous avez la responsabilité de :

• Conception HVAC Offshore : Définir et concevoir des systèmes HVAC adaptés aux contraintes d’un environnement offshore (corrosion, compacité, sécurité, redondance).

• Calculs et Simulations : Réaliser des calculs de charge thermique, simulations thermiques et analyses de flux d'air spécifiques aux installations offshore.

• Spécifications Techniques : Rédiger les datasheets, les spécifications d’équipements (AHU, split systems, chillers, etc.) et participer aux revues techniques avec les fournisseurs.

• Suivi de Fourniture & Coordination : Assurer le suivi technique des fournisseurs HVAC, valider les documents techniques, participer aux FAT et coordonner les interfaces avec les autres disciplines (électricité, instrumentation, structure…).

• Conformité et Réglementation : Garantir la conformité des solutions HVAC aux normes offshore et aux exigences HSE du projet.

• Support aux Études Détaillées : Participer aux études de base et de détail jusqu'à la mise en service.

• Expérience significative en conception HVAC sur des projets Oil & Gas offshore, idéalement sur des unités flottantes (FPSO, FPU…).
• Solide compréhension des contraintes techniques en milieu offshore (marine environment, compact systems, explosion proof equipment…).
• Connaissance des logiciels de modélisation HVAC et des normes du secteur.
• Maitrise des outils bureautiques ( Office, Share Point)

VOTRE PROFIL

• Formation ingénieur OU technicien HVAC, CVC
• Minimum 6 ans d’expérience
• Maitrise de l’anglais

Would you like to play a key role in industrial projects in the energy, gas, or energy transition sectors?

As part of a major offshore project, we are looking for an HVAC Design Engineer to support the design of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems on a Floating Production Storage and Offloading unit (FPSO).

You will be involved in the design and validation phases of HVAC systems, working closely with project teams in a demanding and international environment.

YOUR MISSIONS:

You will be responsible for:

• Offshore HVAC Design: Define and design HVAC systems tailored to offshore environments (corrosion, compactness, safety, redundancy).

• Calculations & Simulations: Perform thermal load calculations, thermal simulations, and airflow analyses specific to offshore installations.

• Technical Specifications: Draft datasheets and specifications for HVAC equipment (AHUs, split systems, chillers, etc.) and participate in technical reviews with suppliers.

• Vendor Follow-Up & Coordination: Ensure technical follow-up with HVAC suppliers, validate technical documentation, participate in FATs, and coordinate interfaces with other disciplines (electrical, instrumentation, structural, etc.).

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that HVAC systems comply with offshore standards and project HSE requirements.

• Support to Detailed Engineering: Contribute to both basic and detailed engineering phases through to commissioning.

YOUR EXPERIENCE :

• Proven experience in HVAC design for offshore Oil & Gas projects, ideally involving floating units (FPSO, FPU, etc.).

• Strong understanding of offshore technical constraints (marine environment, compact systems, explosion-proof equipment, etc.).

• Proficiency with HVAC modeling software and industry standards.

• Strong skills in office tools (Office Suite, SharePoint).

YOUR PROFILE :

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical qualification in HVAC.

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in HVAC design.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
