Lead Information Manager – ref. JOB-1377 

RECAPITULATIF: 

Dans le cadre d’un projet industriel d’envergure dans le secteur Oil & Gas, nous recherchons un Lead Information Manager pour assurer la coordination et la gestion des données techniques tout au long des phases d’Engineering et de Procurement. 

Vous interviendrez comme référente sur la stratégie d’information technique, en lien direct avec les Partenaires, le Client et les différentes disciplines du projet. 

VOS MISSIONS 

• Définir la stratégie globale de gestion de l'information pour le projet, en cohérence avec les exigences contractuelles et les attentes du Client. 

• Analyser et clarifier les exigences contractuelles en matière de données techniques, en lien avec le Client et les Partenaires. 

• Rédiger et diffuser le Information Management Plan, détaillant l’organisation de l’équipe IM et les processus associés. 

• Établir et mettre à jour les procédures de gestion de l'information, applicables au Client, aux Partenaires, aux fournisseurs et aux sous-traitants. 

• Définir et mettre en œuvre une stratégie de collecte, de vérification, de consolidation et de remise des données. 

• Piloter la mise en place de l’Engineering Data Warehouse, en collaboration avec l’équipe Methods & Tools. 

• Organiser et maintenir le Master Tag Register pour l’Engineering, avec l’appui des Engineering Data Coordinators. 

• Définir la stratégie de collecte des tags et des données techniques auprès des fournisseurs et sous-traitants, en coordination avec les Vendor Data Coordinators. 

• Revoir les règles de numérotation (tagging) des équipements et composants, et veiller à leur application conformément aux exigences Client. 

• Sensibiliser les disciplines techniques aux règles de tagging et s'assurer de leur bonne compréhension des exigences du projet. 

• Superviser et animer l’équipe Information Management, coordonner les activités et assurer un appui opérationnel. 

• Contrôler la qualité des données intégrées dans l’Engineering Data Warehouse à travers des revues, des indicateurs et des actions correctives. 

• Garantir la conformité des livrables Information Management aux exigences contractuelles lors de leur transmission au Client et aux Partenaires. 

• Assurer un reporting régulier auprès de la direction projet et du département. 

VOTRE EXPERIENCE : 

• Solide connaissance en Information Management dans un contexte projet 

• Expérience sur projets Oil & Gas, maîtrise des phases d’Engineering et de Procurement. 

• Bonne compréhension des codes et standards applicables. 

VOTRE PROFIL : 

• Formation Bac +5 (ingénieur ou équivalent)  

• Minimum 3 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire. 

• Anglais Courant obligatoire 

• Maîtrise des outils suivants : 

• Excel (niveau avancé) 

• Aveva Engineering (ou autre base de données équivalente) 

• PowerBI, Power Query (appréciés)

Lead Information Manager – Ref. JOB-1377 

SUMMARY: 

As part of a large-scale industrial project in the Oil & Gas sector, we are looking for a Lead Information Manager to coordinate and manage technical data throughout the Engineering and Procurement phases. 

You will act as the key reference for the technical information strategy, working closely with Partners, the Client, and the various project disciplines. 

YOUR MISSIONS 

• Define the overall information management strategy for the project, in line with contractual requirements and client expectations. 

• Analyze and clarify contractual requirements related to technical data, in collaboration with the Client and Partners. 

• Draft and distribute the Information Management Plan, detailing the IM team’s organization and associated processes. 

• Develop and maintain information management procedures applicable to the Client, Partners, suppliers, and subcontractors. 

• Define and implement a strategy for the collection, verification, consolidation, and delivery of data. 

• Lead the implementation of the Engineering Data Warehouse, in collaboration with the Methods & Tools team. 

• Organize and maintain the Master Tag Register for Engineering, with support from the Engineering Data Coordinators. 

• Define the strategy for collecting tags and technical data from vendors and subcontractors, in coordination with the Vendor Data Coordinators. 

• Review equipment and component tagging rules, and ensure their application in accordance with Client requirements. 

• Raise awareness among technical disciplines regarding tagging rules and ensure they fully understand the project requirements. 

• Supervise and lead the Information Management team, coordinate activities, and provide operational support. 

• Monitor the quality of data loaded into the Engineering Data Warehouse through reviews, KPIs, and corrective actions. 

• Ensure the compliance of Information Management deliverables with contractual requirements before delivery to the Client and Partners. 

• Provide regular reporting to the project management and department. 

YOUR EXPERIENCE 

• Strong background in Information Management within a project environment. 

• Experience on Oil & Gas projects, with solid knowledge of Engineering and Procurement phases. 

• Good understanding of applicable codes and standards. 

YOUR PROFILE 

• Master’s degree (engineering or equivalent). 

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position. 

• Fluent in English (mandatory). 

• Proficiency in the following tools: 

• Excel (advanced level) 

• Aveva Engineering (or equivalent database) 

• Power BI, Power Query (considered a plus)
