Nous sommes à la recherche d’un Ingénieur contrôle de projets des coûts (project cost control) pour soutenir le Chef de Projet sur plusieurs grands projets industriels en France ou à l'international.
Le poste est basé en région parisienne.   

 
VOS MISSIONS :

• Assister le chef de projet dans le contrôle des coûts et consolider mensuellement l'avancement du projet.
• S'assurer de l'alignement entre coûts, ressources et risques, en coordination avec l'équipe.
• Anticiper et proposer des plans d'action pour atteindre les objectifs du projet.

• Identifier et évaluer les risques.
• Faciliter le suivi mensuel des risques et des opportunités.
• Établir et actualiser régulièrement un rapport d'avancement mensuel.

• Élaborer et suivre les coûts.
• Estimer les coûts futurs et établir les budgets correspondants.
• Suivre de près les coûts du projet en utilisant des méthodes telles que l'analyse des écarts et proposer des actions correctives ou préventives en cas de besoin.

• Proposer des actions correctives ou préventives pour maintenir les coûts sous contrôle.
• Valider les prévisions de coûts avec les parties prenantes impliquées.
• Communiquer de manière efficace avec toutes les parties prenantes pour partager les informations pertinentes.
• Établir des indicateurs de performance clés (KPI)
• Assurer le suivi des non-conformités du projet.
• Reporting mensuel du projet selon les normes interne.
• Actualisation trimestrielle des prévisions de revenus et de marge conformément aux normes comptables internationales (IFRS)
• Élaboration d'un tableau de capitalisation du projet conforme aux standards internes, fourni à la clôture du projet.

VOTRE EXPÉRIENCE :

• Expérience préalable en gestion de projets dans un environnement industriel.
• Réalisation réussie de projets complexes, de la planification à l'exécution, en mettant l'accent sur le contrôle des coûts et le respect des délais.
• Utilisation efficace d'outils de gestion de projet tels que Microsoft Project ou Primavera.
• Capacité avérée à travailler en équipe multidisciplinaire et à coordonner efficacement avec différentes parties prenantes.
• Maîtrise des systèmes ERP, de préférence SAP, pour la gestion des données de projet.
• Connaissance des normes comptables internationales (IFRS) 

VOTRE PROFIL: 

• Vous avez idéalement travaillé dans le domaine pétrolier et gazier.
• Diplôme d'ingénieur ou équivalent
• 7 ans minimum d’expérience professionnelle 
• Anglais et français courants

SUMMARY:

We are looking for a Project Cost Control Engineer to support the Project Manager on several major industrial projects in France or internationally.
The position is based in the Paris region

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assisting the project manager in cost control and monthly project progress consolidation.
• Ensuring alignment between costs, resources, and risks, in coordination with the team.
• Anticipating and proposing action plans to achieve project objectives. 

During Project Execution:

• Identifying and evaluating risks.
• Facilitating monthly tracking of risks and opportunities.
• Establishing and regularly updating a monthly progress report.
• Cost Control: Developing and monitoring costs. Estimating future costs and establishing corresponding budgets. Closely monitoring project costs using methods such as variance analysis and proposing corrective or preventive actions as needed. Coordination and Interfaces: Proposing corrective or preventive actions to keep costs under control. Validating cost forecasts with involved stakeholders. Effectively communicating with all stakeholders to share relevant information. Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensuring project non-conformities are tracked. Monthly project reporting according to internal standards. Quarterly update of revenue and margin forecasts in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Development of a project capitalization table according to internal standards, provided upon project closure.

Cost Control :

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in project management within an industrial environment.
• Successful completion of complex projects, from planning to execution, with a focus on cost control and meeting deadlines.
• Effective use of project management tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera.
• Proven ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and coordinate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP, for project data management.
• Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

YOUR PROFILE

• Ideally, you have experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience.
• Fluent in both English and French.
