VOS MISSIONS :

En tant que Subcontract Manager, votre rôle sera de soutenir le chef de chantier et gérer la relation contractuelle avec les sous traitants.

• Être responsable des aspects commerciaux et contractuels avec les sous traitants 
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le superviseur du lot
• S'assurer du respect des contrats 
• Motiver les sous-traitants pour assurer un progrès optimal de l'avancement du chantier
• Conduire les négociations et clarifications commerciales et contractuelles.
• Participer aux réunions de revue de chantier et centraliser les questions commerciales, contractuelles et techniques.
• Travailler en collaboration avec des équipes transversales et des parties prenantes pour équilibrer au mieux les exigences commerciales, les objectifs financiers et les impératifs techniques.
• Coopérer avec les autres membres du projet pour partager les connaissances, les enseignements et les meilleures pratiques entre les projets et les équipes.  

VOTRE EXPÉRIENCE :

• Au moins 8 ans dans la gestion de contrats de sous traitance sur des chantiers industriels sur des projets dans l'énergie, l'eau ou l'environnement ou les process de transformation pétrole et gaz (raffinerie, lng,..)
• Expérience significative en sous-traitance de contrats EPC de grande taille (>100 m€) dans des projets industriels ou de pipelines, avec une expérience confirmée dans la gestion d'appels d'offres et l'exécution de contrats EPC, soit du point de vue du client, soit de l'entrepreneur.

VOTRE PROFIL :

• Titulaire d’un diplôme d’ingénieur ou équivalent
• 8 ans d'expérience minimum 
• Anglais et Français courant requis.

Join our teams as a Contract/Subcontract Manager in the Netherlands!

YOUR MISSIONS:

As a Subcontract Manager, your role will be to support the Site Manager and manage the contractual relationship with subcontractors. You will be responsible for the commercial and contractual aspects across three packages with subcontractors.

• Work closely with the Package Supervisor.
• Ensure contract compliance.
• Motivate subcontractors to achieve optimal progress on-site.
• Lead commercial and contractual negotiations and clarifications.
• Participate in site review meetings and centralize commercial, contractual, and technical issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to best balance commercial requirements, financial goals, and technical imperatives.
• Cooperate with other project team members to share knowledge, lessons learned, and best practices across projects and teams.

YOUR EXPERIENCE :

• At least 8 years of experience in subcontract management on industrial sites, specifically in projects related to energy, water, environmental sectors, or oil and gas processing (refineries, LNG, etc.).
• Significant experience in subcontracting large-scale EPC contracts (>100 million euros) in industrial or pipeline projects, with confirmed experience in tender management and EPC contract execution, either from a client or contractor perspective."

YOUR PROFILE :

• Engineering degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 8 years of experience.
• Proficient in both English and French.
