 Rejoignez nos équipes, en tant que Contract Manager sur un projet de décarbonation à grande échelle en phase développement depuis Paris.
Vous avez l'occasion de participer à un projet de construction d'unité de captage de CO2 pour le liquéfier, le stocker temporairement et le charger sur des navires.


VOS MISSIONS :

En tant que contract Manager, votre rôle sera de soutenir le Directeur de Projet et superviser les sous traitants.

• Être responsable des aspects commerciaux et contractuels du lot EPC attribué.
• Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Responsable du Lot (chargé de l'effort global) et le Coordinateur Technique pour faire avancer l'appel d'offres jusqu'à l'étape « prêt à signer » en vue de la décision finale d'investissement (FID) des partenaires et clients finaux.
• Superviser les sous traitants
• Élaborer les règles relatives à l'Invitation à Soumissionner (ITB).
• Préparer les termes et conditions de l’EPC, en coordination avec les achats et le service juridique
• Gérer la communication avec les soumissionnaires tout au long du processus d'appel d'offres, y compris l'enregistrement des échanges, la réception de l'ITB et la gestion des accords de confidentialité (NDAs).
• Contribuer au processus de sourcing et d'audit des soumissionnaires afin de garantir leur qualification, avec l'option d'un processus de pré-qualification spécifique si nécessaire.
• Conduire les négociations et clarifications commerciales et contractuelles.
• Rédiger la Commercial Bid Tabulation (tableau récapitulatif des offres commerciales), à soumettre pour validation au Responsable du Lot.
• Participer aux réunions de revue de projet et centraliser les questions commerciales, contractuelles et techniques.
• Travailler en collaboration avec des équipes transversales et des parties prenantes pour équilibrer au mieux les exigences commerciales, les objectifs financiers et les impératifs techniques.
• Coopérer avec les autres membres du projet pour partager les connaissances, les enseignements et les meilleures pratiques entre les projets et les équipes.  

VOTRE EXPÉRIENCE :

• Au moins 15 ans dans la gestion de contrats EPC avec des entrepreneurs EPC ou des opérateurs dans le domaine des gaz industriels ou du pétrole et du gaz
• expérience significative en sous-traitance de contrats EPC de grande taille (>100 m€) dans des projets industriels ou de pipelines, avec une expérience confirmée dans la gestion d'appels d'offres et l'exécution de contrats EPC, soit du point de vue du client, soit de l'entrepreneur.
• Une connaissance de base dans d'autres composants des projets EPC, tels que l'ingénierie ou la construction, sera également appréciée.

VOTRE PROFIL :

• Titulaire d’un diplôme d’ingénieur ou équivalent
• 15 ans d'expérience minimum 
• Anglais et Français courant requis.

Join our teams as a Contract Manager on a large-scale decarbonization project in the development phase, based in Paris.
You will have the opportunity to be part of a construction project for a CO2 capture unit, where the CO2 will be liquefied, temporarily stored, and loaded onto ships.

YOUR MISSIONS:

As a contract Manager, your role will be to support the Project Director and supervise subcontractors.

• Be responsible for the commercial and contractual aspects of the assigned EPC package.
• Work closely with the Package Manager (responsible for the overall effort) and the Technical Coordinator to progress the tender to the "ready for signature" stage, in preparation for the Final Investment Decision (FID) by the partners and end-clients.
• Supervise subcontractors.
• Draft the rules for the Invitation to Bid (ITB).
• Prepare the EPC terms and conditions, in coordination with Procurement and Legal departments.
• Manage communication with bidders throughout the tender process, including keeping records, receiving the ITB, and handling Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
• Contribute to the sourcing and auditing process for bidders to ensure their qualification, with the option of implementing a dedicated pre-qualification process if necessary.
• Lead commercial and contractual negotiations and clarifications.
• Draft the Commercial Bid Tabulation (summary table of commercial offers) for validation by the Package Manager.
• Participate in project review meetings and centralize commercial, contractual, and technical queries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the best balance between business requirements, financial targets, and technical constraints.
• Cooperate with other project members to share knowledge, lessons learned, and best practices across projects and teams.

YOUR EXPERIENCE :

• At least 15 years of experience in EPC contract management with EPC contractors or operators in the industrial gases or oil & gas sectors.
• Significant experience in subcontracting large-scale EPC contracts (>100 million euros) in industrial or pipeline projects, with a proven track record in tendering and executing EPC contracts, either from the client’s or contractor’s perspective.
• Basic knowledge of other components of EPC projects, such as engineering or construction, would be appreciated. 

YOUR PROFILE :

• Engineering degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 15 years of experience.
• Proficient in both English and French.
