SALES ASSISTANT – LUXURY FASHION

Fixed-Term Contract | November – January 

Boutique | Full-Time (40 Hours per Week)

Salary: £12.90 per hour + Commission & Benefits

THE ROLE

• Deliver an exceptional and personalised luxury shopping experience.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective CRM and clienteling activities.

• Drive sales through expert styling advice, product knowledge, storytelling, upselling and cross-selling.

• Contribute to achieving individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs.

• Represent the brand as a true ambassador, consistently upholding the values and standards of the house.

THE PROFILE

• Minimum 1 year of experience within premium or luxury retail.

• Passionate about luxury fashion and delivering outstanding customer service.

• Commercially driven, with a proactive approach to sales and achieving targets.

• Confident communicator with a polished and professional presentation.

• Naturally skilled at building genuine client relationships and encouraging customer loyalty.

• Available to commit to the full fixed-term period, from November until the end of January.
