LUXURY BOUTIQUE MANAGER

SANTA BARBARA, CALIFORNIA

We are seeking an exceptional Boutique Manager to lead a luxury fashion environment in Santa Barbara County, CA. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives on cultivating a refined client experience, shaping a cohesive and motivated team, and elevating the atmosphere of a high‑performing luxury boutique.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a small boutique team, fostering accountability, ownership, and a culture of excellence
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local clientele, including proactive networking within the community
• Oversee day‑to‑day boutique operations, ensuring seamless execution and an elevated client journey
• Uphold brand standards through effective merchandising, presentation, and operational discipline

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager, Floor Manager, Concession Manager, Store Manager, General Manager, or Associate Store Director within a luxury retail brand
• Proven expertise across retail management functions, including:
• P&L oversight
• Staff supervision, scheduling, and training
• Merchandising and inventory control
• Shrink management
• HR processes and performance appraisals
• Client development and CRM strategy
