Luxury Host Ambassador | Central London

We are currently seeking polished, personable, and service-driven Hosts and Client Experience Ambassadors to support a prestigious luxury fashion house in Central London.

This role is ideal for candidates with luxury retail, hospitality, concierge, reception, or VIP customer service experience who excel at creating memorable client experiences and delivering exceptional service.

The Role

• Act as the first point of contact, delivering a warm and professional welcome to all clients and guests.

• Manage client flow throughout the boutique, ensuring a seamless and elevated customer journey.

• Support VIP appointments, private shopping experiences, and in-store events.

• Offer refreshments and assist with hospitality services where required.

• Liaise closely with sales and management teams to ensure exceptional service standards are maintained.

• Maintain immaculate presentation standards throughout the boutique and client areas.

• Handle enquiries professionally and confidently while providing a luxury experience at every touchpoint.

We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in luxury retail, premium hospitality, reception, concierge, hosting, or customer-facing environments.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident engaging with VIP and international clientele.

• Professional, polished, and well-presented at all times.

• Proactive, organised, and able to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.

• A genuine passion for luxury service and client experience.
