STORE MANAGER

HAMBURG - GERMANY

About:

Responsibilities:

• Leading by example, managing all front of house tasks and back of house operations
• Inspire and motivate your team fostering ownership and accountability
• KPI's, CRM, After sale, Boutique operations, Reporting
• Work closely with the corporate departments to boost store performances (Retail, Visual Merchandising and Buying)
• Monitor sales data and achieve qualitative and quantitative goals, proposing any business initiatives necessary to reach the allocated budgets

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of Management/Floor Management/ Store Manager experience with a Luxury or Premium brand
• Demonstrated experience in RTW as well as managing a high level of client experience
• Demonstrated expertise in retail management, staff supervision, scheduling, training, merchandising, inventory control, CRM, and clientelling
• Fluent in English and German language

Offering:

• Salary up to €70K, depending on experience
