About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Sales Associate to join a prestigious luxury fashion house in Bicester Village.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and commercially driven individual with a strong background in luxury ready-to-wear, excellent clienteling skills and a genuine interest in delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional and personalised luxury shopping experience.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clientele.

• Drive individual and store sales performance, consistently achieving KPIs and targets.

• Develop a strong understanding of the brand's collections, heritage and product offering.

• Support the wider team in maintaining high standards of service, visual merchandising and boutique operations.

About You

• Approximately 5 years of experience in luxury or premium fashion, ideally within ready-to-wear.

• Previous experience within Bicester Village would be highly desirable.

• Strong sales performance with proven clienteling and CRM skills.

• Confident, polished and commercially driven, with a natural ability to build lasting client relationships.

• Fluent English is essential; an additional language would be an advantage.

• A genuine passion for luxury fashion and delivering outstanding customer service.
