Jewellery Sales Advisor 

Lakeside

£30,000 - £35,000 + Commission 

We are looking for a naturally engaging and commercially driven individual who is passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience and building long-term relationships working in the fine jewellery sector. 

Requirements

• Welcoming and engaging clients in a warm, professional and confident manner
• Understanding individual client needs and providing personalised product recommendations
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
• Delivering a consistently exceptional level of customer service
• Achieving and exceeding individual and boutique sales targets
• Using your product knowledge to confidently communicate the design, craftsmanship and heritage behind each piece
• Developing a strong understanding of fine jewellery, diamonds, gemstones and luxury collections
• Supporting client appointments, special occasions and high-value purchases
• Following up with clients to encourage repeat business and develop your personal client book
• Maintaining the highest standards of visual presentation and boutique standards
• Working collaboratively with the wider team to achieve commercial and customer experience objectives
• Keeping up to date with new collections, product launches and developments within the luxury jewellery market
• Fluent English and right to work in the UK

• Salary of up to £35,000 per annum
