Job Description

Role Purpose
The Finance Business Partner will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business decisions. The role involves managing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, as well as monitoring and improving internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Develop and maintain financial models to analyze and forecast company performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis.
• Monitor key performance indicators and financial metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Budgeting and Forecasting

• Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to develop realistic and achievable financial targets.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial forecasts based on industry trends, market conditions, and business strategy.

Financial Reporting

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports for management, shareholders, and external stakeholders.

Risk Management

• Identify and assess financial risks, proposing risk mitigation strategies.
• Stay informed about industry trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact the company's financial position.

Team Leadership

• Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or in a similar financial management role within the FMCG, dairy industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting regulations, and financial analysis techniques.
• Excellent proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
• Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

Education & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
