The Company
Able Bridge Recruitment are teaming up with a mid-sized accountancy practice in the Dunblane area of Scotland. The role has come about due to several key client wins that our client has recently signed, resulting in a surge in the expected demands within the payroll team. Having recently recruited a payroll supervisor, we are moving onto the next phase which is the hiring of a payroll processor.
The Role
The role will directly report into the payroll supervisor and will have an indirect line into the payroll manager. The purpose of the role is to be the pivotal contact for a portfolio of clients ensuring that their outsourced payroll is correctly run. There will be a large degree of liaising with your client base, along with entering confidential payroll information into the in-house system. You will also be responsible for resolving client queries in a timely manner.
The Requirements
To be successful in applying for this role, we are seeking candidates who have previous payroll bureaux processing experience. We are seeking proactive self-starters who are happy to have the "all work until the work is done" attitude.
